Nice building and rooms with good air con. Absolutely fantastic and marvellous breakfasts, with salad and beef, as example. Great and beautiful location, just a short stroll away from Fine Arts Museum.

The room was budget & huge, came with a bath, shower, which is fine.

The room and staff... It really value for money... Just a few minutes walking distanceto attractions place such as Ben Than Market, Museum etc... It really worth to stay here....

Had a great time! The rooftop pool was super refreshing after exploring, and breakfast had a nice variety-loved the egg station! The room was comfy, but bathroom upgrades are needed. Perfect location to hit up Ben Thanh Market within minutes.

Plenty of breakfast options cater to both Western and Asian tastes.

Shower water was inconsistent, leading to some discomfort. The mattress left much to be desired in terms of comfort. City view rooms face a large screen.

Lift went up to 11th floor only. We were on 12th floor.

Proximity to Ben Thanh market and the city centre; also a reasonable breakfast in a clean restaurant

The bathroom was windowless and the light was very dim; also the hotel is 7 storey high and there is only 1 lift

The rooftop pool was a perfect escape after a busy day exploring Ho Chi Minh City. Breakfast had a vast selection, so I was thrilled with the mix of Vietnamese and Western flavors every morning!

While the rooftop vibe is lovely, the reception staff could use a lesson in hospitality. Their rude demeanor and slip-ups nearly cost me my flight. Just keep your wits about you while checking out!

Everything was perfect, impressive hotel, the location was incredible near the centre of Dist, the night market, and the key attractions. The staff has always been courteous, and the facilities were clean. The breakfast was incredible and well presented with local Vietnamese and wide spread varieties, for instance. The service was exceptional, including a quick check-in. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

Our room was very large, but had no real window. Not a real problem however. Also do not book a tour there as you pay 20-80 % too much - this touroperator is independant from the hotel however.

The rooftop pool is a fantastic relaxation area.

The shower temperature fluctuated too frequently. The noise from nearby guests and maintenance work disrupted my peace early each morning, frustrating. Despite the central location, the lack of attention to these issues really impacted my experience.

The family room is a good size - which accommodated 2 parents and 2 older children well. It was very clean - we asked for a front facing window and recommend others do the same. There was a nice selection of choices at breakfast.

The reception was sometimes unoccupied - so one sometimes had to wait to speak to a staff member. I think that other hotels offer an equally good but perhaps more budget stay. We didn't realise that a 3% charge would be added to use our credit card, when paying. We think this should have been spelled out by Booked.net - upon booking.
